2. Protect your account

Never share passwords or verification codes. Mehanik administration does not request a password or login code in messages or calls.

3. Payments and communication

Avoid advance payments when in doubt, suspicious links, and unknown payment pages. Keep correspondence and evidence of agreements.

4. Complaints

Report suspicious listings, fraud, rights violations, or rule violations using the report function or support chat. Include a link, relevant details, and supporting materials.

5. Platform action

Administration may review content, request explanations, restrict publication, hide a listing, or block an account. Contact competent authorities in cases of threats, theft, or suspected offences.
