1. Acceptance of the agreement

By registering and using Mehanik, the user confirms that they have read and accepted this user agreement and the platform rules.

2. User account

The user is responsible for the accuracy of registration data and the security of their account. Sharing an account with third parties or using another person’s account without permission is prohibited.

3. User content

The user is solely responsible for listings, photos, videos, descriptions, messages, and other materials posted on the platform.

4. Platform rights

Mehanik may display, store, and process user-posted content to operate the service, moderate content, enable search, display listings, and improve the platform.

5. Limitation of liability

Mehanik does not guarantee the quality, availability, price, condition, or legality of goods, cars, or services posted by users. Users evaluate risks and make transaction decisions independently.

6. Blocking and deletion

If the agreement or platform rules are violated, an account, listings, or access to certain features may be restricted, blocked, or deleted.

7. Personal data

The user agrees that data required for registration, login, communication, moderation, security, and operation of the service may be processed by the Mehanik platform.

8. Changes to the agreement

Mehanik may change this agreement. The current version applies from the moment it is published on the platform.
