The Mehanik platform is intended for posting listings for cars, auto parts, and auto services. Users must provide accurate information and comply with laws, the rights of other users, and platform rules.

2. Prohibited content

False information, fraudulent offers, third-party photos used without permission, insults, threats, spam, harmful links, prohibited goods, and any illegal materials are not allowed.

3. Listings

A listing must correspond to a real item, car, or service. Price, description, photos, contacts, and specifications must be accurate. Duplicate, misleading, or suspicious listings may be rejected or removed.

4. Moderation

Mehanik administration may review, edit, reject, hide, or remove listings if they violate platform rules or appear suspicious. Access may also be restricted in case of violations.

5. Transactions between users

Mehanik provides a technical platform for publishing information. Users independently agree on purchases, sales, rentals, repairs, or services. The platform is not a party to transactions between users.

6. Safety

Users are advised to check the item, documents, service, seller, or buyer before payment. Do not share passwords, verification codes, or confidential information with third parties.

7. Paid features

The platform may provide paid promotion, premium placement, and other services. The terms, duration, and price of such features are shown before purchase.

8. Changes to the rules

Mehanik may update the platform rules. Continued use of the service after an update means acceptance of the current version.
