1. Self-service deletion

An account deletion request can be submitted in profile settings. Save any required information and complete active arrangements first.

2. After a request

Account access ends, active listings are hidden, and personal data is deleted or anonymised according to technical capabilities and applicable obligations.

3. Limited retention

Minimal records may remain temporarily in backups, security logs, or dispute and violation records. They are not used for normal account display and are removed after the necessary period.

4. Assistance

If self-service deletion is unavailable, contact support chat. Account ownership must be verified to protect the data.
