For an incorrect or duplicate charge, or a feature that was not provided, contact support chat with transaction details. Requests are reviewed based on payment method, delivery status, and applicable requirements.

4. Moderation

A paid feature does not prevent moderation. A listing that violates the rules may be hidden or removed; refund eligibility depends on the circumstances and applicable requirements.
